Nile Polymer-Free Bifurcation DES

The Nile® Polymer-free DES is a provisional stenting option for management of bifurcation lesions.  It is uniquely designed with a thin strut (73µm) chromium cobalt main branch stent with dedicated delivery system.

 

SPECIFICATION

  • Polymer-free abluminal paclitaxel layer (5µm).  Semi-crystalline coating ensures 98% of the drug delivered to the lesion
  • Complete reversion to regular chromium cobalt stent at 45 days
  • Modular stent design provides homogenous coverage at the carina without cell overstretch
  • Unique design means no angulation restrictions
  • Two ultra-low profile balloons
  • Two independent Rx PTCA catheters, one stent
  • Compatible with 6F guide catheter
  • Peel away on catheter shaft enables simple loading of device
